I want to place a custom order how do I do it ?

You can place a custom order even for a piece. It can be custom sizing, mixing up 2 different styles or adding-removing fur on collar, cuffs, hood. All you need to do is send an e-mail to info@temerleather.com with the description of custom order with style number and we will get back to you for pricing with in 24 hours.

I have I style and I want you to produce it. Do you do that ?

Yes, we do. Any style provided by you can be produced by Temer Leather. There will be process time of 4 days to create new patterns for your style depending on it specifics. Cost of creating new pattern is 130$ and plus 25$ per each size. You should send an e-mail to info@temerleather.com with the style description and color you are interested in.

Do you do private labeling ?

Yes we do. Private labeling is possible for orders more than 10 pieces. You must mention that you want private labeling at check-out page and mail us your labels. You will expect a tracking number to have your labels.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• We would like to inform you that all sales are final. Every order is going to be inspected 3 times before the shipment during production process and once right before shipment.
• Temer Leather accepts returns only if you receive the items damaged or any mistake maken by us
  
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@temerleather.com with the subject 'Returns'
• Temer  Leather will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
